Thank you very
much for registering for Stride With Asha. We had about
65 registrants and raised over $1000 towards our projects. It was a
fun event for us, and I hope you enjoyed it as well. We hope you
will continue your support for Asha- Ann Arbor in the future. Just
as a note of reminder Stride with Asha is an Annual event and we
hope to see you next year too!
STRIDE WITH ASHA
What
: 5K run/walk
marathon.
Why :
Raise funds and
spread awareness for Asha for Education, Ann Arbor
When : Saturday, September 26th 2009, starting at 9:00 am.
All participants should be at the site from 8:00 am until 8:40 am to get your race packets (includes a race number) and light breakfast/snack.
Where: Inside Gallup Park, Ann Arbor. ROAD MAP COURSE MAP
Where your money goes
: Directly to the project(s) Asha Ann Arbor supports. On average, twenty dollars can cover basic education needs such as books, meals and teaching cost for a child for one whole month. Asha Ann Arbor is entirely driven by volunteers and hence has no administrative costs.
What’s in for you:
A good run at the park :) and pleasure
of being supportive to a good cause. Opportunity to meet people with
similar interests like yours and also WIN Gift Certificates from
local businesses. And, our sincere gratitude towards your
participation and valuable donation.
