Welcome to AshaWiki!

AshaWiki is Asha for Education’s Online Knowledge Base. This is a part of a Asha Wiki farm based on PmWiki. This area is for use by the Asha web team. Each chapter requiring a Wiki will be given their own Wiki from the farm.

The articles can be viewed online right here by simply browsing around. Or they can be edited online right in your browser using all the formatting that can be used in web pages (bold, italics, pictures, links, tables, lists etc). Asha volunteers can get logins to be able to save pages after editing them.

Please click on the Asha Issues link on the left side to inform us about any website related issues. One of the volunteers from the web team will get back to you or give updates on the Issue page.

We have blocked any attachments here and if you have a document which you want to attach here, please upload that to your chapters area in the datastore and link it from the Wiki. Also if you create any link to external websites then that link needs to be approved first by the Wikimasters.

A local copy of PmWiki’s documentation has been installed along with the software, and is available via the documentation index.

The basic editing page describes how to create pages in PmWiki. You can practice editing in the wiki sandbox.
