Asha is co-hosting with ISA. 
Abhyuday has printed out some info material, which will be made available at the movie. Please try to attend.

NARTAN --
Performances:
Bala - Sara wants Ashwini to talk to Bala hoping to convince her better. Devaki, did you go to the CORE concert? 
Padmaja - Her phone wasn't working in past few days. Yash will call her again and update us. 
Bhangra - Got an email today. They can't perform.
Salsa/tango - Devaki, have you heard from them?
Acapella - Accidentals (Sara), Noteworthy (Prachi). We decided to go ahead and contact them because they're good and since we don't have many performances confirmed yet, it'd be good to have something.
Foram to ask Haley about ballet. 

Ticket Printing - 
Do we have the card board paper from last year? We'll need to print the tickets in a week or two. 

Advertisement - 
Puja found out renting board space at Tate is $2 per day. Reserve that for the week before the event. 

Other advertisement avenues - 
radio WUGA, Red and Black, Athens Banner Herald, Flagpole, Master Calendar. Contact magazines in Atlanta/Athens to cover our event. 
Drishti ask her roommate about radio ad. 

Sponsorships: Prachi has compiled a list of donors and sponsors from last two years. She and Sara are working on refining it and will send it out soon. It's a huge list. It'd be very good if we could have some more volunteers help us out. Sara has talked to some of her friends whom she will bring to the next meeting. If anyone else knows someone who would be interested in helping us out in the coming month while we prepare for Nartan, please talk to them.

STREET FEST - 
Prachi will ask ISA if they are okay with monitoring our table. Then decide whether or not we want to sign-up.
