are very busy.

Radio - Drishti to reply back to Robb Holmes
confirming tuesday (8th). Also contact her roommate
about WUOG if possible.

Reb & Black - Priyal hasn't heard back from either of
the people she contacted. Drishti will get an email
correspondence from Ankit from India Nite's contact.
Drishti, please share that on the listserve to maybe
Priyal can try to contact those people.

Yash will post fliers at Global mall.

Siddharth's CD - Yash will speak to him over the
weekend.

MCs- Drishti, Shruti, Anagha, Priyal. MCs need to work
on their script..basically event blurbs sent by each
group describing what the item is about and
introducing all the performers. Sara or Prachi will
forward the info we have yet to the listserve and MCs
can work on their script as we keep getting more info
and we finalize the sequence of events.

Devaki will take care of trophies.

Everyone in contact with performers need to ask them
for their dance info and names of performers in order
to make certificates for them.

Yash, please send the certificate template to Sara.

Food - 100 meal packets and brownies.

Puja - can you get me the receipt from campus
reservations? Did you use our account number? I can't
remember if I ever sent it to you? We need the receipt
either way.
