Asha-Athens Meeting 4-1-08

Ellen (Waltz) wants noon rehearsal time. 1/2hr.

We need names from each group which need to be put on
the trophies. Prachi to email Christie and Ellen.
Devaki needs names by thursday.

Spice Radio advertisement - Sounds like a very good
idea, but $300 definitely seems too much. If we can
negotiate it down, we should definitely use it. Devaki
to ask her nephew about using his $100 donated to Asha
towards anything specific..or advertisement okay.

Business follow-ups on weekdays. We need people's
availabilities. I am available on wednesday and
friday. Please share when you can follow up with
businesses which asked us to come back on a weekday.

Blue card event - Prachi

No dress rehearsal tomorrow. Couldn't get through to
Red and Black. Will still keep trying because Padmaja
Kelam thought it was going to be next wednesday. If we
can get them for next wednesday, that works too.

Prachi to ask Christie about Athens Banner
Herald...any updates? What she sent them.

Prachi will try fundraising at Atlanta/Alpharetta
businesses next weekend.

Sara, do you have the boxes which we were supposed to
take to ATL for raita?

Prachi to ask Neeraj Shreeram if he can handle
CDs/sound on the day of the event.
