Things to be bought - 
Hot chocolate and Coffee, stirrer, creamer, sugar, paper napkins/plates, styrofoam cups for hot drinks - Yash from Sam's
 
Prachi to find out if we can get a coffee maker and a hot water container from ISL. Will let know tomorrow!!


All volunteers - get ketchup (Puja, did you say you have ketchup?)


Sara to make signs for Bake Sale, a page explaining this is a fundraiser event for admin funds, and price tags.

On those days - Prachi will bring Asha's poster and pamphlets, (Kapil will make new pamphlets which we can get printed if possible before then), Sara and Prachi will pick up Devaki's vadas and pakora's from Pharmacy around 10ish each day.

Updates on venues - Morton Theater, MIGHT be available on 12th April.

Sara- Dance bldg

Performances - 
Sara talked to her Irish dancer friend. She said she can do a 2-3 min piece including some classical Irish dance steps. Sara will talk to her and judge how good she is and update on that.
Foram will also talk to Nazaaqat (GaTech)
Devaki - Did you get a chance to talk to the American folk dance company?
Ashwini - Can you contact Bala for modern dance?

Diyas - Anyone going to India this winter break might be able to get diyas for next year. See if this is possible. Is it a good idea? It's better to get diyas from SSS - would they still have diyas since diwali is over? Who can get it from there?
