1. Finish Campus Life registration (part remaining- treasurer) Open
the floor to new members at the next meeting. Then Prachi and Sara
will finish the registration.

2. Decide on a few possible Coffee Hour dates 25 Jan 18 Jan 1 Feb
Prachi to email Carey with these dates.

3. SSS funding issues (how much balance do we have in our account?)
Abhyuday's suggestion - $7000 Proposed Idea: If we have around 2-3k
dollars, we can send 10k this time. Abhyuday, please comment. Yash
to email Asha-coordination to check "what is admin funds?"

SSS - Athens continues to help out SSS, but possibly on a smaller
scale. Figure out if we can concentrate on only a section of their
needed help and try to get another (bigger) chapter to take up SSS
as their project as well for complete aid to SSS. As of now, we are
sticking with SSS and doing as much as we can.

4. Schedule events for this year POSSIBLY: FALL - Movie and talk -
blue card? Asha-Seattle and Austin working with Bhopal aid
...policies Collaborate with School of Social WOrk? Sowmya to find
out Sandeep Pandey's availability (tentative)

Either Cricket or Badminton Tournament - Yash to find out about
Cricket Club's intentions If Cricket doesn't work, we'll do
badminton tournament

Snack sales during final exam week. Community may help.

Marathon?

SPRING - Violin concert. Contact Dance dept. Kala Ramnath? Devaki to
find out. Coffee Hour

5. Plan the next meeting.. how many new volunteers do we have? etc.

Sara - reserve a room in SLC Sara - email the new volunteers with
meeting info and find out how many people are expected. Prachi - put
together presentation On 9-11-07, Prachi to arrange Pizza Introduce
Asha in a presentation. Treasurer election

6. ARC poll - Sara to send out an email for everyone to read the
document, and cast their AGREE, DISAGREE, or ABSTAIN vote on Yahoo
Groups Poll. Yash will create the poll. Sara will collect the poll
result and cast our chapter vote.

Event (within a month or so) - Asha volunteers go visit a mentally
challenged institute / kids DEVAKI to find out more on this.
