This
documentary by Sweta Vohra
follows the inspirational journey of Naina,
Niru, Jaya,
Neeta and their boarding school classmates in Gujarat, India. It
explores the ways in which education remains limited in rural India for
all children, as well as the challenges that young women in particular
must overcome to advance from traditional societal roles and village
mentalities.

Asha for Education is a non-profit, voluntary organization dedicated to bring socio-economic change in India mainly using the medium of education. Whenever possible, we also try to address other related issues such as health care, environment and women empowerment. We have no religious or political affiliation.
