Asha Austin Meeting Minutes

3. Post Marathon Activities

1. Water Stop: We have 6 people from Asha + 6 from Vibha + unknown number from UT. Also, we will have some from Rogue. We are at about mile 5, shift is from 5:30-8:30 AM. Pankaj and Arvind V went to water stop training put on by race organizers. All materials (tables, cups, water, etc) will be provided. We will need to set up, operate and tear down at the end.

2. Newsletter – we should publish a newsletter this year. If anyone is interested in helping, please email Arvind.

3. Post Marathon Activities: It would be nice to have an event after the AT&T marathon. Some brainstorm ideas:

· Musical event

· Holi celebration

· Film Festival

· Dance party ie- Dhandya, etc with or without food

· Festival or children's event with events: ie games, Antakshari, Quiz, etxc
