1. Event Planning:
Final Spelling for the Event is Thantra - Mukhi
Webpage Banner:
Make a few changes on the name of school. Keep the spelling of the
event as Tantra Mukhi.
Hall: estimates 125 for 2 hrs and 125 bucks for next 3 hours.
- Janitor: $25 per hour
- Security: $25 per hour (we think)
- We need the hall from 5:30 to 10:30.
- Sandhya or Anita(k) will get the seating by 06/19/06.
- Ticket prices need to be re-visited.
- Row A and B $35. Tickets will be finalized by 06/19/06 by Vinod.

- Internet webads, atleast 30 websites like AKS, ATS, Sulekha,
blogs, Ek Nazar.
- Change announcements to On Stage mention.
- All slabs will get Banner at location.

2. Marathon Program Update by Gaurav:
- Sulekha listing details by Gaurav (also mention YGM).
3. ASS Budget Discussion:
- School we are supporting in Balia Uttar Pradesh.
- Anita and Sanjeev visited it in Jan 06.
- Got the project from Asha SV.
- They met all teachers, every month there is a conference call
with a different teacher.
- Vocational Training for teachers was considered.
- Budjet talks about various teachers salary ranges.
- Volunteer with Asha who lead the project - Vijai Bhai. Gives
computer classes. So funding for vijai bhai is also included.
- Honararium, furniture,books for the kids.
- Travelling for teachers for training and to other Asha orgs.
- New addition is Health Check up and vaccination for the
children.
- Budget is $5300 per year.
- Need to keep all our SAC donors.
- We need only 60 donors for SAC.
- May be move it to Support a School. But we continue to give
information of 2-3 specific children.
- Donors canoot be given an option, Asha needs to figure out the
best way to move the donors.
- Move to a different SAC program like Silicon Valley Chapter of
Asha.
- Database set up for the back end will be taken care by Vinod and
Gaurav.
- Suggestion is to add honararium in Vijai Bhai - unianimous
agreement.
- Try to find few donors who are willing to support 3 students.
- Supporting the school.
- Neelima will contact all donors and check with them.
