The proposal will serve as an incentive to those chapters who do not have a project nominated to WAH
If they raise money for WAH then Asha will match their donations of >=$1000 by 100%
The money the chapter raises will go to WAH funds
And the matched money will be given to the Chapter. This matched money will come from General Donations
If a donation of $5000 or more comes from a single donor, that donation will not be matched

Talent Show presentation was made, some suggestions/ideas that came up in the discussion

Entry ticket for different prizes to facilitate donations
Budget to be developed
Prizes, token of appreciation to be accounted for
Location to be finalized
Arun will provide details about Lanier high school
Austin Hindu temple or other religious locations to be considered for final event or not?
Categories to be reduced keeping entire duration of the event in mind, also we should start small and concentrate on good management.
Put deadlines on registration but accept on the spot registration in categories that do not have enough participants. to be thought about.
