I. Khushboo
Update - Ranga
- Answers to questions from last meeting regarding the corpus fund.
- The NGO is trying to build a corpus so they can have a sustained source of income but since their sources of funding are vey fluctuating, they are not in a position to answer right now whether funds potentially approved by Asha Austin will go towards contributing to the corpus in any manner
- The proposal from Khushboo is only for the school and not for the OPD.
- Since this is a new project for Asha Austin, it is desired to have a site visit before we approve the whole budget. Even in that case, once the budget is approved, it will be necessary to approach other chapters or sources to completely fund the whole budget.

- The other option is to have Saurabh, one of Ranga's colleagues, who had visited the project in Dec 2007 to present it to the chapter to enable us to go ahead with a decision on approving the project.
II. Chapter Financials Update -
Bharath
- Project disbursals since Jan 2008= $77519
- Committed for 2008 but not yet disbursed = $24740
- 5 additional projects yet to be approved
- Estimated total disbursal this year is ~$120- $125k
- Almost all the disbursals for this year are recurring expenses
III. Asha

- 50 calendars to be ordered.
