1. Can we find out from people how many people attended the drama
the last time? We have heard estimates ranging from 60 – 500.
2. Contract: We need to work on the contract for the event.
It should include clauses for
- Stay
- Timing: Tentatively 7:00-9:00 PM
- Day of the show: July 21 (Friday)
3. Time of the event
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. preferably with break. Subject to children
for kids.
4. Action items
- Get contracts from other chapters regarding hosting - Sandhya,
Sanjeev
- Check about having a break in the event.

TCA and Tamil Sangam update.
TCA will be happy to help. Need to check with Tamil Sangam about
specific tasks. Some ideas:
- They can cater food and take part of the profits.
- Perhaps a cut in tickets that they sell.
