Every action in our lives touches on some chord that will vibrate in eternity. -Edwin Hubbel Chapin

Hi,

Thank you for visiting my page.

Running was not my passion but got into it by chance to stay fit. I joined Runners High to train for TCS 2011, but sadly my enthusiasm with which I started didn't stay with me for long. Being a final year Engineering student I found myself in hectic situation to manage my academics along with training session. At times I have even cursed myself for taking up running especially in middle of those tough quality workouts on Wednesdays ;)

But things started to change when Runners High introduced me to Team Asha. The concept of fund raising to make a difference by providing education to under privileged children has motivated me to stay focused and on track to reach my goals. The joy of running for a cause has brought a positive change in me. I enjoy my run and in return running has given me immense confidence and happiness. I am training to run the 10k Kaveri Marathon and 25k Bangalore Ultra as part of Team Asha. This is one of the most challenging tasks I have ever undertaken, so please sponsor me by donating to Asha Bangalore. My goal is to raise Rs. 500/km for Asha for Education. Asha is a zero-overhead, volunteer-driven organization that works on education in India in the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic change.

We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future. -Franklin D. Roosevelt

Thanks to 0 supporters who have helped me raise Rs.0 towards my goal of Rs.12,500
