    * Prepare one page project summary for the projects already done and are no longer supported by our chapter – All related project stewards
    * Remove face-shot photos of kids from projects' pages (site visit reports, annual reports, other related documents etc.) – JK
    * Remind IOI team of ARC guidelines for protection of privacy - Bala
    * Project stewards are now required to get consent (verbal/written) from project partners in India to use kids' name, photos etc. for public use -  All project stewards
    * We didn't meet WAH fundraising target this year. What Asha WAH team plans to do for matching funds for each chapter? – JK
