Past Events

Asha has successfully organised many music concerts in the past.

In October 2007, Notes of Hope organized Indian Classical Dance by the Visually Challenged (students of the Shree Ramana Maharishi Academy for the Blind.

In April 2006, Notes of Hope organized a soulful fusion of Indian Classical and Jazz music concert featuring John Wubbenhorst & Facing East.

In April 2005, Asha Chicago organized an Indian classical Music Concert featuring two great artists; Grammy Award winner Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Sitar maestro Kushal Das.

In 2004 we organised a concert by Penn Masala, the Hindi a capella group from University of Pennsylvania.

In September 2001, Asha organized the Hariprasad Chaurasia concert at Chicago. This event was a huge success and was enjoyed and appreciated by all those who attended.
