Thinking of donating to Asha for Education before the end of 2006?

Having your company match your donation to Asha for Education (www.ashanet.org) is an easy way to increase the value of your donation. Asha for Education receives matching donations from numerous corporations across the US and the world, and is a major source of its funding. Asha for Education is a registered with a IRS as a non-profit under section 501c(3) and has more than 66 chapters across the US and the world. It has supported the education of underprivileged children at more than 350 projects all over India. Asha for Education has been given the highest rating (4 star) according to Charity Navigator (www.charitynavigator.org), mainly on account of its low financial overheads (a 0% donation overhead policy and 100% volunteer run), complete transparency and strong growth trajectory (we are now at around 66 chapters and increasing projects rapidly)

Matching donations from your corporation

The process for having your donations matched to Asha is simple, although it varies from company to company. The process typically has two steps:

1. Make your donation
   If you are sending your donation directly to Asha, you can make your donation online using our secure site or you can mail in your check payable to Asha for Education at the address in the box below. If your company is sending in your donation, provide them the information in the box below. You can request a receipt for your donation that can be used for 100% tax deduction.
2. Match your donation
   A lot of companies have already registered Asha in their database (check out a partial list) and will send in their matching donation when you inform them of your donation to Asha. Some companies will give you a Matching Donation Form that requests information about Asha. Fill that form with the information in the box below or just send the form to us and we will fill it and send it back.
