Minutes:

We had an unscheduled meeting on wednesday, June 11 at Brew HaHa coffee shop. This meeting was intended to initiate the discussion regarding the Annual Fund Raiser.

• Sowmya, Manoj, Dhiman, Suddha, Prathap, Chandra, Dr.Sarkar, Swapnil, Shabista, Greeshma, Ranjani, Neelima, Janardhan and Pradyu  attended the meeting.
• Sowmya initiated the discussion with Salil chowdhary's proposal of tagging up with Indo American Association for organizing the event. As per the proposal, the funds will be raised as a joint effort and the proceedings will go to Asha Delaware
• We doiscussed many pros and cons of the discussion. like this is going to create a long term Donor Data base, Lessening of the burden of the volunteers, and the cons being affecting the quality of the performance since these are all new artists with no experience at all and that too after very professional swarasandhya. there were concerns if the singers could actually handle the crowd
• Then we discussed if there are any other possibilities like a classical dance or any other such event. 
• Finally we decided that we are going to have 2 fund raisers, one being organized by asha delaware and the theme of the show is going to be somewhat similar to that of swarasandhya and another fund raiser co-organized by Indo American Association

This ends the meeting. Friends, we have a good volunteer power. We have 14 volunteers who attended the meeting. The enthusiasm of the volunteers in the meeting is encouraging us to work harder for the noble cause
