Meeting minutes:
Venue: Ravi and Sangeeta's residence
Date: 4th November 2007
Volunteers: Uday, Pranjal, Ravi, Sangeeta, Shweta,  Parvati, Prakash, Col. Devanand, Himanshu, Pooja,  Vinay


Agenda items:

1. Introduction: As there were many new volunteers, there was a brief introduction about asha, and asha-delhi.
2. 20% reservation project:  Pranjal is the project steward.  The first salary has been disbursed. Parvati will be working on the project with Prakash. 
Currently she works with Mahila Panchayat in Kusumpur Pahadi, Vasant Vihar. One of the project volunteers Anil has stopped working and an alternative has to be found.
3. Account: Waiting for the trust board deed. The account will be opened by Ravi at SBI, IIT Delhi.
4. Asha India meeting: A volunteer is needed from Delhi to attend.
5. Project site visits: 
Site visit to Sakshar: Vinay will be visiting the project..  
Site visit to Sshrishti is pending. This is urgent, as the funding for the first year has completed. We also need to know the response from Asha Berkeley as to whether 
they will be supporting the project for the next year.
Site visit to Do boond: Pranjal and Rohini completed it. 
Site visit to Concern for Humanity: Ravi and Sangeeta completed it.
Both Do Boond and Concern for Humanity were recommended for funding. The project proposal needs to be sent out to Asha abroad chapters.
Site visits pending: Sadrag, Rajasthan (request sent in by Bharat Beedu).
6. Delhi Marathon: Tarun and Yogita participated in the marathon.
