Meeting Agenda:
Web page: Need to change the tag line and the logo.  Shubh to take care of this action item.
Letter head: Need to modify it. Asha instead of Asha for Education.
NSS Volunteers: It was felt that Asha Delhi should interact with the NSS volunteers from IIT.  
Following areas were identified for interaction:
Teaching: Many NSS volunteers had requested for teaching internships at the recently held Perspective where Asha Delhi 
had put up a stall.  
A roster of students who want to teach can be prepared and the students can be linked up to Sshristi which is the closest 
to IIT Delhi.
Site Visit Report: Students can be asked to do Site visits to other projects.  
Many chapters support projects in and around Delhi and need site visits to these projects.  
NSS volunteers can be asked to visit these projects and prepare the reports.
Merchandize: Volunteers can be asked sell merchandize so as to raise funds for Asha Delhi
Organizing events: Fund raising: Volunteers can be asked to organize fundraising events for Asha Delhi.	
Picnic/outings for children of our project: Volunteers can take children of Sakshaar and Sshrishti projects out for picnics 
or outings to museum.
Workshops: Workshops with JodoGyan for teachers of our projects can be organized.
MCD School:  Shiv Mathur to visit the MCD school in Vasant Kunj.  
The survey forms prepared by Danny to be used for doing a survey.
Publicity materials: Banners and brochures to be printed. They should be ready before the next event.
Merchandize: need to find a printer for printing T-shirts/mugs/hats.
MPS: Abhishek and Nandita to publicize MPS at their workplace.
Meeting: It was felt that the chapter should meet more often than once a month.  
Therefore, the next meeting is scheduled for 16th April.
