Topics Discussed:

1. MPS- Pavan did a rough calculation about the pledges in MPS. It appears as though we might have Rs 5200/- month. 
Pavan will be posting the final calculation.

2. Projects
Sakshaar- Money has been transferred to Asha India account. Shiv initiated discussion on increasing the teacher's 
salaries, which was approved. We will be paying Rs 2000/- each to the three teachers and Rs 1000/- to the caretaker/cook.  
This comes to Rs 7000/- month, which translates to Rs 84,000 per year.  We need to raise about Rs 20,000 more for the 
project. The funds from US will be transferred to Bangalore account and from there to VVF.  Shiv to communicate the salary 
raise to VVF as well as ask them to expediate FCRA process.

Shrishti-Kala will be organizing the site visit. Tentative date decided 17th Sept.

Concerned Action Now- Rohini to do a site visit to the project.

3. Donation box- Shiv has got a donation box made. It will be put up in Neoplanet(Priya Complex, Vasant Vihar) by 
Neha and Shiv.

4. Asha restructring- To initate discussion online and request everyone to participate in it.
