Minutes of the Meetings April 25, 2003

 

The Meeting was attended by Siva,Ravi, Sangeeta, Anmoy, Sudheer, Manish and Joy. At the onset of the meeting Siva gave an introductory brief about the various Asha Chapter operating in North and North-East Region and how they function.

The agenda items were discussed and their statuses were presented as given below:

b.  Next Project Visit:

Anmoy to contact Ashtha or a new Project to visit and plan the schedule.

 

c.   Asha – Start Up and Info Booklet:

The booklet is pending with Karthika.

 

d.  Year End Account:

Siva has already posted the Year End account to the group.

 

e.  Brochure for asha Delhi :

Kulkarni is in the process of making the Brochure for the Asha-Delhi Chapter. The brochure is being reviewed and to be posted soon.

 

f.    Miscellaneous:

q       Manish took the task of preparing a presentation template to assist in Introducing Asha.

q       Next meeting proposed to be held on 23rd May at Anmoy’s Residence at :

New Delh.
