Attendees: Ravi, Sangeeta, Shiv Mathur, and Rohini

1. Saakshar: paid till May. June remains to be paid. Ravi will get in touch with the MPS donors regarding the june payment. 

2. We have US $ 1000 at our disposal.  This translates to Rs 45000 or so which can be utilized for a project in Delhi

3. Need to send out a remainder on MPS for next year's pledges- Action item for Pavan.

4. Saakshar: Would like to provide the project with stationery, sports equipment, books to read from NBT, CBT etc., 
rug for creche children, chairs for older children.  The wish list will be communicated to Saakshar by Shiv MAthur.

5. Based on Saakshar's response, April 16th has been fixed tentavely as the date for purchasing these items. 
Shiv and Sangeeta will be going. If anyone else is interested please get in touch with them.

6. Calendars: to go with Chhoti si asha theme. Rohini to communicate the same to the calendar group.  
suggestions were given to improve the calendar- dates should be larger as they are not visible from far currently.  

7. Kutumb Foundation: Need to get specific project and budget details from them. Action item for Sanjay.

8. MCD schools: Depends on the financial support we get for the year 2005-2006. 

9.Painting competition: Link up with various NGOS like Kutumb, VVF and probably Pragya. ravi to get in touch with Pragya.  
Can be done either on August 15th or Oct 2nd. Children can be taken to Lodhi Gardens for a picnic too on that day.

10. Web page needs to be redesigned. Ravishankar to update the group on the status of the web page.
