Agenda of the meeting
  1. WAH 2003 and Involvement of Asha-Delhi --Discuss the steps taken/to be taken to raise funds for WAH.
  2. Proposed Site visits of Sakshar (Lipika's Project) and Asha --Discuss and schedule site visits for Sakshar and Astha.
  3. Monthly Pledge Scheme and Money allocation towards project. --Decide the project to be funded with the funds available with asha-Delhi. --Site-visits required to finalize the projects . Discuss rule/modus operandi for funding such projects. --Opening and maintenance of an Account to be discussed for this purpose.
  4. Receipt book/Rubber Stamps --Updates on the above. Receipts are required to be given to the donors.
  5. Web-Page updation vis-à-vis WAH 2003 --Web Page updated. Needs comments from the group.
  6. Project Form Translation. --Punjabi,Bangali and Gujarati to be translated.Punjabi pending with Sudheer.
  7. Asha's Presentation in college/Corporates. --Asha's presentation ready .
  8. T-Shirt/Donation Box/Paining Competition. --T-Shirt --Sudheer,Abhijit along with a colleague have explored some possibilities. Need to finalize if at all Bal Mela is taking place,dates and formal proposal needed from Arundhati. Logo and text, which would be printed on T-Shirt to be decided . --Donation Box --Updates from Dr. Ravi and Sangeeta --Painting competition --Updates
  9. Bal-Mela to be held in Lucknow --Updates needed from Arundhati and other organizors from Lucknow.

WAH 2003 We all discussed that we should send emails to prosppective donors. As we were overloaded this year, perhaps next year we could run a more organised campaign for WAH Everyone

Need to utilise the funds raised in projects.
Need to work out an arrangement so that money can be transferred to lucknow and then to us to project.
It was decided we ask Lucknow chapter to send us three monthly checks of the total amount collected. As we disburse we ask for next installment.

A feedback was received that it was showing something different on IE than Netscape. Shall fix it.

Asha Presentationwe all thought NSS was a good idea. Ravi will be contacting the group in IIT. Power point presentation is ready. We thought middle October would be a good date to shoot for. Ravi
Bal Mela reservations expressed as to what is the impact of the event. Siva suggested that we write to lucknow saying: please give us a detailed proposal, with number of children, why this event, impact, budget etc. Then we could do a proper fund raising. Siva
T-shirtDecided that we will make Asha T-shirts to be sold as Merchandise in Delhi. Bhaggi to get a sample first. Siva was going to give her samples of other Asha chapter T-shirts. Bhaggi
