Topics Discussed:

1. MPS- To push for more donations towards MPS. The document prepared by Sudhir/kirti/Pavan was approved. For email 
publicity, it was felt that it could be condensed down to one power point slide, perhaps. Also, it was felt that we need 
to involve other people in the MPS scheme- so the need to talk to probably our acquintances about Asha and MPS and try to 
involve them in this.

2. Projects
Sakshaar- Status on FCRA for VVF unclear. Ravi has asked Vallabh bhai about transfer of funds through Asha India.  
We are waiting for Vallabh Bhai's response.
Kutumb- A site visit report to be prepared and sent to Delaware. Rohini to prepare the report.
Shrishti- A site visit and project proposal submission form pending.
Asha-Ballia- Waiting for a report from Bangalore.

3. Calendars- will be sold for Rs 100/- this time. Mr. Goel suggested using these calendars to get MPS donations. 
Also this time there is a space in the calendar where corporates can put their logo. so may be we should approach corporates.
Shiv Mathur had approached Archies earlier-maybe we should approach them again?

4. Publicity- Neha suggested we prepare posters and flyers which can be put up in key places across the city.  These 
posters can serve to get more volunteers as well as donations. Neha also suggested that we put up boxes for donations 
in the shops in our locality.  However, we were not sure about how to account for these donations for auditing purposes. 
Neha will also be looking into doing write-ups in Newspapers.

5. Involving NSS- Ravi is heading the NSS this year. It was suggested that the NSS students be involved in either 
Right to Information campaign or in organising Painting competition for Asha.

6. Update on Right to Information- Rohini provided a brief summary of the meetings held thus far about using the 
Right to Information for improving the MCD schools.

7. Project reports by Pradyot- Pradyot showed us the footage he had prepared of few projects in and around Kolkata. 
Neha suggested that we use a similar format to prepare a CD presentation for approaching corporates.
