Minutes Of Meeting 3 October 2004

Discussion:

1. Site visit to VVF/Sakshar project to be organized for the next Saturday (9th October 2004).

2. MPS (monthly pledge scheme)- As of now, we have collected Rs. 11,000 which is sufficient for
supporting Sakshar for another three months.

3. Padmini will coordinate with Sudhir regarding the members and collection of cheques.

4.Shiv and Padmini will be contributing to the MPS.

5.We will try to collect funds through MPS so that Sakshar can be support for one more year.

6. Update on Calendars- 150 calendars have been ordered; 50 calendars for Kanpur chapter and 100 for Delhi chapter. Please send in your request. The calendars will be ready for distribution as soon as we receive them.

7. Update on Asha India meeting- meeting will be held in Rajatalab during the 1st week of January (3^rd, 4^th and 5^th)
