1.  5k Run/Walk

Use tick sheets
Tear tags off the bibs and arrange on a spindle
Need 4 to 6 volunteers dedicated for this purpose

Website: Need to include waiver in the registration form
and include sponsors logos and websites on the front page

T-shirts: Deepak can help in vector graphics.
Smita will find out the rates for one or two colors
Cost: $4 per t-shirt including shipping for 150 t-shirts. (one color)

2. Volleyball 2006:

Date: Saturday, Sep 9 (Sep 10 Rain Day)
Venue: Livonia Park
Registration Fees: $10 per person $15 on the day of the event. No team discount
Max 8 per team.
Flyer is ready. Annam will post it to the group.

3. India Day Parade:

Asha-Detroit will participate in the parade on August 20. Parade starts in front of Novi Expo Center at 10 AM. Sai will send details of the event.

4. Kroger Gift Certificates:
Deepak will send out an email asking volunteers to respond to a survey of current usage. A decision will be made based on the feedback.
