Discussion:
Create three buckets
-- fully support
-- partially support
-- support if budget is available
Suggestion to reduce the number of staff meetings to cut costs, if
possible.
Dental camp and solar lights (really essential) are still excluded.
Including them will take the budget closer to Rs. 2,000,000.
Proposal
to approve budget at last year's level (Rs. 15,80,000) and usage based
on the
priority list was approved. Asha-Detroit will make every effort to
obtain funding for the remaining items, at least to the level of Rs.
1855741 as presented above.
Volunteers are requested to give feedback on the budget.
Pending no objections, Rs.
15,80,000 stands approved at this time. Volunteers to indicate
approval or otherwise by Friday, Apr 30.
