There are several ways in which you can support children's education in India with Asha. Contact Asha-USC for more information.
It costs only about $30 to educate one child for one year. 100% of your donation
goes to the projects - all administrative costs are borne by volunteers. All
donations to ASHA are tax exempt (Tax ID: 77-0459884). Please make checks payable
to "Asha for Education" and mail to:

Contribute your valuable time towards fund raising activities, publicity, event
organization, project evaluation and site visits. We meet every other week -
check our current meeting schedule for details.
A typical Asha LA project deals with 100 children and costs $1500 - $3000 per
year. If 5-10 of us commit $300 per year per person we can guarantee funding
for that project for the coming years. One from this group will act as a direct
contact and will help in coordinating with the other members in the group.
