ASHA: Meeting this Thu at 5.30 p.m at Mem. Union

Hello everyone !
Hope you are having a good summer ! ASHA will be meeting this week on
Thursday (July 1) at 5.30 p.m. (not 6.00 p.m as before) in the Memorial
Union. Please see TITU board for the room under "Asha Meeting". 

The "Work an Hour" voting process is complete ! The Madison vote is:
1. Seva Nilayam 2. VESC 3. Maharogi Seva Samithi 4. Bhoomiheen Seva
Samithi 5. Jyothi Nilayam 6. Helping Hands

On Thu, we will be brainstorming on ways and means to publicise the "Work
an Hour" event in Madison. Presently there are ideas floating around like
holding fundraisers, setting up stalls at farmer's market, concerts at
the square, networking with the Indian community in Madison, putting up
fliers, sending out emails etc. We will start working on some concrete
plan of action for the rest of summer.  Hope to see you on Thu then at
5.30 p.m. Please be on time !
