---> Subbu gave an Update about the gujarat relief efforts happening on
Campus with IGSA, ISA, SAIVA. We might need people to volunteer to put up
flyers. Send checks to AID. Get checks addressed to AID.

---> Anita gave an update about the asha conference in India. Issues
discussed. Details in the minutes which would be sent out sometime. people
can post opinions about the organisational issues and anything else ocne
the minutes are posted.

---> Sai gave an update about the videofest :
	--> Dates of screening : March 22. 29. Apr 5, 12, 19
	--> Book room for above dates from 6-9pm ( Sai)
	--> Watch movies this weekend, sai will send out an email with the
	    list of movies and the venue.
	--> Decide the movies for which we would have discussions once we
	    decide which movies we are screening
	--> Contact IGSA, ISA, SAIVA ( Sai), Center for SA (Subbu)
	--> Publicity : Once manoj plakal comes. Anita can help. We have
	    all the things we did for the Dance concert.
	--> See the videos on the big screen once for sound testing etc.

---> Anita updated about Vivekandand foundation and Muskaan. Sanjay
	updated about Muskaan asha stars.
	Shikshaniketan : how much money to be sent will be decided in the
 	projects meeting this week end.
	Swanirwar : Murali found that the share and care check was
	encashed in Nov. And since they are holding on to them money and
	swanirwar does not need the money now he will work on getting it
	back.

---> Plan for India week sometime in Summer: Since all it would take is
	publicity and we have a pretty neat package for that, it should
	not take too many man hours. So even if few people are there it
	should be too much work. Just need to work with the restaurants.

---> Chaurasia concert : Need to reach a decision before next week. If we
can get down the remuneration from 5000$ to 3K or lesser we should be able
to pull it off. We would need to work on getting some really big sponsors.
( Amfam, TDS, Kraft foods etc) or some national sponsors for the event. We
could use the Amjad ali khan concert experience too from the other asha
chapters. Ravi, want to take this from here? Also need to keep in mind
that people who will be here in fall 2001 should be keen on doing this, if
at all we decide to pull this off. Comments welcome.
