DANCE CONCERT
=============

- Update by Naveen; without Internal Requisition charges for acquiring
Mills Hall amount to $525.00. If Internal Requisition taken through dept.
or ASM, concert may not get used as a fundraiser.

- Murali had contacted Punjabi dance group; however no replies yet through
email.

- Keep in mind, the concert date has been fixed for 6th April. It was
decided that only more week be spent in looking for other dance groups;
since, time is really short.

The majority of the meeting was spent "debating" about the current
organization structure of the Asha- Madison chapter. Most agreed to
decrease the frequency of general body meetings and for the formation of the
following sub-groups (listed below):

1) Projects
2) Fund-raising
3) Publicity (also web-site maintenance, newsletter)
4) Social Issues/ Awareness
5) Outreach (new volunteers, donors, community, Inter-chapter, alliance
with other organizations)

General Body meetings will be held from now on once in every 2 weeks. In
the alternating weeks, different sub-groups will meet, however, these
sub-group meetings will take place at about the same time (in order to ensure
that all of us do meet!!) and preferably at close proximity to each other.
