Synopsis:

The following was discussed during this meeting: amount to be funded to
Gyanodaya Leprosy School and coverage, discussion about future awareness
raising about Asha –Madison in the local Indian community as well as
corporate groups in and around Madison.

Gyanodaya Funding Plan Details:

All funding related decisions have been made based on the conference call with
Gyanodaya Principal and Mrs. Padma and details in the project documents on
Austin’s website. Our chapter will be supporting the salaries of teachers and
staff at Gyanodaya for the next academic year (of 2007-08). The exact amount for
funding will depend on the answers to our questions (that are emailed to
Mrs. Padma currently). Since, this is our first project as a revived local
Asha chapter, we will in most certainty not exceeding USD 4000-5000 in funding.
