-> Subbu will co-ordinate activities at the chapter level for the coming
    semester till someone takes over.

-> Individual groups will meet at their own convenience and plan activities
    accordingly.

-> Each group will keep the rest of the chapter informed about what is going
    on by posting meeting announcements and meeting minutes regularly.

-> All volunteers will meet once a month to provide updates about ongoing
    activities, make chapter-level decisions, and have discussions that
    might require input from everyone.

-> Immediate activities:
    - Web work: Manoj will work on bringing the website up to date.
    - Newsletter: Kamal & Charu will work on this to get it out by October end.
    - Projects: Review and make decisions on projects that we have.
    - Param will investigate setting up of a separate administrative account
       to handle expenses related to mailing, photocopying, etc.
