About our chapter

Asha-MN brings the mission of Asha for Education to the Twin Cities. We manage 2 active pre-school system projects: Kaorakhali schools and Parner schools.

Asha-MN raised funds for these projects by a combination of individual contributions, corporate United Way campaigns, corporate giving, food service at the Metrodome, and running marathons.

Asha-MN is a group of over 15 individuals dedicated to fulfilling of our mission to create social change in India through the education of under-privileged children. Our chapter was initiated in 2005.
