Dear Shouri,

Let me tell you the process we adopted before starting the construction of Child Welfare Project building. When we saw that our proposal is not accepted by WAH, I wrote to you to search out funding sources and side by side I tried hard to raise funds appealing to well wishers, friends and others. In that way I was able to collect maximum Rs.2 Lakhs. I decided then too only start a portion of the ground floor. I have so far constructed up to roof level (brick work only) with 3 incomplete class rooms and the present market loan up to this construction for raw materials and labour charges is 3.50 lakhs which we need to repay before going for plastering, fixing windows, doors, grill and flooring, electrification etc. to make at least these 3 rooms serviceable for accommodating few children. At this stage we can not even think of starting the entire ground floor even. Our immediate step before we shift the children to make provision for toilets etc. before we think of bringing at least few children to start with.

Shouri, hope now you can assess where I stand and why I so worriedly had sent you the e-mail for support at this critical juncture.

I know you can understand my hopeless condition.
