Sandeep Pandey concludes successful visit to US/Canada - Raises awareness of issues facing India's marginalized poor


Trip Summary

India Friends Association has invited Sandeep Pandey, co-founder Asha for Education, to the US in October, 2005 to talk about his work in UP area. As part of his visit, he will go to different cities in US and Canada to meet with various organizations, including Asha for Education. Note: flight cancellation charges were because travel agent preponed Sandeep's visit due to airport strike in Delhi. Resultantly, international flight charges were higher.

Funds used to cover Sandeep's 2005 visit expenses:
No donor money is used for any of this. All expenses are borne by donations from volunteers as well as other groups co-hosting the talks in various cities.
India Friends Association (IFA) sponsored the international flight expenses.
