Programme
a) A team of Special Educator, Psychologist and Therapist from Spastics Society visit the programme once a week for technical guidance to the CBRWs and evaluations of new children
b) This programme consists of mainly younger children and the programme is catered to their requirements.
c) Field coordinator helps in community organization, formation of the Self help groups and parent association. Helps in organising of facilities available through the government and other resources example aids and appliances Identification cards, bus passes etc. The field coordinator works towards children coming regularly to the programme and also counsels the parents of regularity following up the programme at home etc. Conduct awareness and healh education programmes. Link between the main centre and the programmes at the Community.
d) Community Based Rehabilitation Workers (CBRWs), Field Officers and Therapy Aides follow up the planned programmes at the centre.
e) The professional team and the field officers monitor the programmes, conduct training programmes for the CBRWs.

The programme is being followed as above except that the programme is centred towards Prevocational and vocational training.
The whole team meets at Spastics Society once a month on Saturdays.
During long vacations for the day centre refresher courses were conducted for the CBRWs.

Monthly parent meetings are being conducted. Initial half of the meeting awareness programmes are conducted by internal and external speakers.
Parents are being formed as a self help group to sort out their problems by themselves.
Krishnayananpalya Slum

Vanivilas Hospital programme has seen more than 250 children, but our efforts to have a second local team is not working out as planned, efforts to establish the above is being worked on.
The programme to continue in all the areas as before Technical and financial support weaning out process has started.
Stationery for Kempapura agrahara is to be provided by the Parents association for this year itself.
Ayyahs salary is to be provided by association
In service training has been intensified and CBRWs are made to do more reporting.
An Individual reporting programme has been developed.
Programme at Vanivilas is to continue as before.
One of the high lights is that the councillor has recommended our programme at Kaddirappa slum for a Rotary award and has requested us to work in another slum in her ward which we are ding the spade work.
Hence a new slum Byapannahali will be included into the programme.
