 1. Please provide some background on each teacher,
 indicating in particular educational backgrounds,
 and the length and nature of involvement with the
 Natpurwa project. Do the teachers perform this job 
 full-time or do they have some additional sources 
 of income?
 
 2. Please indicate how the duties are being
 distributed amongst the teachers, i.e. which teacher
 is assigned to which school. Are some teachers
 teaching at more than one school?
 
 3. Please indicate the hours of operation of each
 school. How many children are attending each school 
 and what is the girls/boys ratio?
 
 4. Please provide some details on the curriculum
 being followed at each school. What subjects are 
 being taught at present?
 
 5. What is Guddu Bhai's current involvement with
 the Natpurwa project? 
 
 6. What is the need for hiring a new selai teacher?
 Can one of the existing teachers take this class too
 (with extra pay)? Where are the selai classes to be
 held?
 
 7. Why is there a need to purchase 8 selai machines?
 Can we start with fewer machines (say 3) and expand
 based on the response after, say, 6 months? 
 
 8. Asha-Delhi had recently sent a package of
 stationery - Is that amount being considered
 insufficient? Can the stationery expenses be reduced
 in light of this?
 
 9. Please provide some details on the travelling
 expenses. Who is travelling, where, and how?
 
 10. Please provide details on the dari chouki
 expenses. How many of these items  is sought to be
 purchased, and from where? Where are the children
 sitting at present? 
 
 11. Please provide details on the solar panel
 expenses. What is their need and where are they to
 be installed? 
 Our feeling is that we should first concentrate on
 building the basic school infrastructure before
 investing in extra items.
 
 12. We understand that there are already two
 motorcycles available at the Asha Ashram in Lalpur 
 and that another one will be purchased soon. Is it
 possible for you to share and use these motorcycles, 
 instead of buying another one?
