Dear Mr. Aswin,

Thank you for your mail. Mavinahalli is four kilometers from our school and there are 16 to 17 children are coming from this village for High school. In Mavinahalli itself there is a Middle School, hence children for middle school are not joining us. We are receiving children totally from 12 to 13 villages in and around Mullur village and one of the village is this Mavinahalli.

Regarding carpentors son/daughter/relatives studying in our school, I would like to inform you that, no children are studying in our school. In fact they are not married, and they have grown brothers/sisters.

Dear Mr. Aswin,

I would like to inform you that, the dollar cheque was realised on 18th March 2003 for Rs.61,559.00 and we had already sent you a receipt No. 175 dt. 30/01/03 for your records. We have taken up the job of making Benches and Desks for the standards from 4th to 10th. We have engaged one Mr. Ramu and his team of Mavinahalli to do the carpentory work. The work is under progress and it will be finished in a weeks time. As soon as we complete the job, we will send you the statement of accounts for the expenditure incurred. There was some delay in taking up of job although the amount was realised on 18th March, because of the School examination till 21st April 2003. I am sending herewith someof the photographs of the carpentory work for your records as an attachment. If you are in need of further information, please feel free to contact us. With kind regards,

Yours
