folks:
we had discussed the sikshana project this past
meeting (6th april, 2003) and it was decided that a team
comprising melli, harish and myself (this team also
includes all project stewards and will be called the
project coordination team) will recommend specific
follow up actions.

so here goes:
1. the project should be approved for routing of funds
through asha-MIT for a period of 2 years (also see
item 6).
2. funds will be accepted as checks made out to "asha
for education" with "asha-MIT, sikshana" in the memo.
3. funds will be accumulated and a single check sent
every 6 months.
4. the min and max amount that will be routed per
6-month period will be $1000 and $5000, respectively.
5. a steward will handle the project locally from
asha-MIT.
6. funds routing will continue for the 2nd year 
depending on the project reports/feedback after the
first year.

if anyone has specific recommendations/objections then
please post them on strategy. if by friday 11th april
no opinions are posted then the sikshana proposal will
be approved as above.
