Minutes of the conference call held on 04/11/2013 at 9pm

 The following items were discussed:
 
1. Anu and Krishna fellowship renewal – Ravi presented the Anu and Krishna fellowship renewal proposal to the chapter as Priya, the project coordinator, was unable to do it. Ravi presented the progress made by Anu and Krishna as posted at thulir.org (http://www.thulir.org/wp/2013/01/thulir-newsletter-jan-dec-2012/). The meeting reviewed and expressed its satisfaction over the work and activities carried out by Anu and Krishna at thulir. Ravi also pointed out that the Bangalore chapter supports the thulir project and visits the project site regularly. A recent site report is listed at http://www.ashanet.org/projects-new/documents/967/Site_Visit_Thulir_Sep2012.pdf. Last year,  Anu and Krishna were supported with Rs. 294443.00. Considering inflation, the fellowship amount for the year 2013-2014 was proposed to be Rs. 312110.00. The meeting agreed to the amount Rs. 312110.00. Ravi agreed to initiate the process for the disbursal of the fellowship amount.
 

2. Ustav 2013 preparations were briefly reviewed.
