Asha Austin Meeting Minutes (October 31, 2010)

1. Asha Deepa (Arvind Rao)

    * Continuation of previous update 
    * Site visit report has not yet been received from Asha Hyderabad 
    * Discussion to cover this project under the Support A Child program in the future to make it more sustainable
    * The second installment of the budget accounts for 30 kids
          o The original approved budget was for 40 kids in March-April 2010
          o The present strength is 25 kids but some kids come to the school on and off
    * For the food component the budget is reduced by approximately INR 56,000 for clothes it will be reduced by INR 15, 000 and for bedding INR 2000 • The total reduction in the second disbursal is approximately INR 73,000 
    * There is no rent component for the budget this year because Asha Deepa was able to account for it through the donation they received from Global Giving
