(II) Asha Deepa discussion (Arvind)
1. Arvind presented the current situation at Asha Deepa.
2. Since we are discontinuing support to all projects, Asha Deepa's will be heavily impacted.
3. Arvind plans to raise funds through friends & family.
4. Funds however cannot be sent through Asha Austin since the project is not supported by us anymore. He may be present the Dairy farm idea as a proposal for Asha Deepa.
5. Donors can re-allocate their funds (received till March 18) towards Asha Deepa. 

Vote : Asha Austin approves the immediate disbursal of pending amount from June - Dec 2011 to Asha Deepa (~801 USD - to be confirmed by Bharath).
