The paremtns are mentally not capable of not taking care of the girls. 2002 BWF (borderless world foundation) founded BeT in Jummu and Kashmir what's the age group? 3 - 17 years. They take care of the physical and psycological needs of the girls We have SAC model, each sponser is assign to a girl. They can follow up by writing letter. There 130 total and Asha support 70 girls and other are supported by local donations 2011-12, SV support certain part of the program and another part is covered by donor. one of the problem is that there is no one person who is computer savvy who resides in the area. It's difficult to send regular updates for the project. It's take a long time to receive update from them due to the location. The location is a small town. They don't have safety issue. BeT has been very diligent in maintaining relationship with the locals, as well as army and police. They maintain a good rep and balance relationship with the locals, army and police. If it's a residential home, how does Asha provide education? It's helps with providing the resident first where education can be provided. Anju is on maternity leave and Anshu is the co-stewart. Reshu is the SAC cord. Anshu will still be co-stewarding. Some donor asked why they haven't received an update for a SAC? Protima has emailed Reshu but hasn't heard any update. Kirti, wanted to know a SAC model? SAC is a fundraising programing, each sponser a child, not just one year but continous. They can choose the student based on the criteria. The student profile is hidden. They recieve two updates and they can write through the student via Asha or project partner. Chapter is a separate way of fundraising but the shortfall is still covered by Asha chapter. SACie reaches out to the donor of SAC if there is any shortcoming then the chapter covers it. SAC donor is paired with one child. they receive yearly updates. the last site visit was done in the Jammu center. Anshu is going to do the site visit. Some of the kids do a education tour. Ex. first train tour, another was first photography education where they took photography. They partner with local residence where the kids can reside for time of the tour We need a steward for the TFS project. since no one has any questions or issues for BeT, the second installment will be released.
