Update from SES on Feb 14 2010: ------------------------------- Despite the Telangana disdisturbance the school remained open for most part and only some classes were let-off depending on the situation. Half yearly, Quarterly and Unit tests were all conducted as per the schedule. Annual exams for the classes LKG - 8th will be conducted in the first week of April. For class 9th, the annual exam will be conducted early (from 10th March). Soon after their exams are over, the 9th class students will be given coaching for the 10th class thru summer holidays. Last working day will be 23rd April and the School re-opens again on 12th June. We celebrated Republic day on 26th Jan 2010. Mr. Veeraji (Accredited Senior Journalist) hoisted the national flag. Examination fees for the 10th Class students was reremittednd the exams commence from 23rd March. Update from SES on April 25 2010: --------------------------------- 10th Class exams were conducted by the State Govt theu April 13th. Students from SES appeared for these exams and are confident that they will get thru in good ranks. Regular exams for the students (LKG thru 9th) were conducted as planned and results were also declared on 23rd April. Special classes are being arranged for the 9th class students to help them prepare in advance for the 10th Class. They will be no summer break for the students who were promoted from 9th to 10th Class. For all other grade students, the school re-opens on 14th June. We conduct parent-staff interactions every month to understand and resolve any issues. For the students who need help in certain subjects, special classes are conducted after normal school hours throughout the year. FIRST BATCH OF 10TH CLASS STUDENTS: First batch appeared for the class 10th Public examinations and out of the 6 students that appeared 5 of them got thru the exam and 1 student failed in 1 subject. She will appear for instant examination to be conducted in July’10 and we are confident that she will get thru this instant exam. Our staff members tried their level best in paying individual attention to each of these students. SES has started the recognition process on 17th Sept 2009: Applied to the RJD -- Regional Joint Director of School education (Hyd) for classes 1st thru 10th by paying Rs 20,000 fee. 2. RJD Issues proceedings to the District Educational Officer (DEO), /Hyderabad on 7th October 2009 to submit inspection report 3. DEO formed a 3-member committee on 7th November 2009 consisting of Deputy Educational Officer (Musheerabad), Deputy IOS (Musheerabad) & HM Got High School Girl (Musheerabad) with a request to visit the school and submit the inspection report immediately. 4. The committee visited the school on 23rd Jan 2010 and inspection was completed. 5. Kisan Vikas Patra Bonds worth Rs. 50,000 were bought on 27th Jan 2010 and pledged to the DEO as endowment. 6. The inspection report was submitted by the Deputy Educational Officer to the DEO on 11th May 2010 7. Currently D.E.O is processing the file 8. The file should be processed by the D.E.O Hyderabad district; RJD; Directory of Public Instruction and the Secretary to the Government, Education Dept at AP Secretariat. 9. After receiving permission from the secretary, the file should be resubmitted to Dy. Educational Officer (Musheerabad range) who submits the same to the D.E.O Hyd District.
