1. Committee refused to give tent, amplifiers and power outlets. Need to make arrangements for that. Talking with the Race director for help.

1. Runners committed but not runningà try and encourage them to run the Austin or the Big D
2. Relay team à Kids registered, adult team requires 2 more runners.

Raj Shetty volunteering on Thursdays from 5 to 6pm. Low income Hispanic neighborhood. The classes happen in an apartment and the children mostly require homework help.

      Bi-annual conference: Discussion of current state of Asha. Opportunity to meet  other volunteers. Main work from Dallas would be to

6. Usually Memorial day weekend. Possibility of Labor day weekend (?)
