3 completed - things went wrong this project's status is completed, but something went wrong with the project. Reasons for what went wrong can vary. Some examples are lack of communication/feedback from the project, misuse of funds, take-over of project by another organization, negative site visit report, etc.
4 current / ongoing this project is currently being funded by one or more chapters. This maybe a one-time project or a project that receives multi-year funding.

7 rejected something like 'can't support right now' or 'don't have enough money', or 'chapter voted to concentrate only on projects from Bihar this year', or even 'don't touch. this one stinks'
8 terminated for instance if we got swindled. Will double as a pseudo black-list for other chapters considering this project
