highlights ? Not too much variation in age in each grp.
Children move from one grp to another every year.
Also talked about their teacher training methods and teaching learning
methods.
->How different is from regular schools other than the fact that there are no
exams? No time frame to finish a particular ‘portion’ More continuous than
other schools -> Subjects taught? 5 subjects What will happen if the children
are at different levels in different subjects? Need to ask Rohit about this

Question of adjustment of these children with the mainstream? How do they feel
moving from a school like this to a govt school? No single answer to this.
E.g. Anugraha kids are topping their classes effortlessly Example from Rohit:
children not caring about their grades.
How scalable is this? Rohit mentions in one of his documents about scalability
problems, like time frames, lack of resources and complete freedom from the
govt.
Auroville’s success- 30 govt schools Should involve government schools because
that’s where most people go

Swetha : Teacher motivation vs. Student Motivation Jay: Anugraha –
motivation is more after teachers started working and they liked it and
continued.
