Picnic: We planned on BBQ, games. Decided that we'll have both options -
we BBQ some & people can bring their own stuff to grill.

Proposal for Gujrat Relief: We voted yes to this proposal to provide
relief to the riot victims. This proposal came thru Sandeep & they needed
the money urgently.

Kerala Samajan: Samia presented this proposal. Its about a school to help
the kids in Bangalore. Their moms work as maids in different households.
We discussed the process of donor specific projects getting approved since
this one is in that category. Samia is going to email me for more details
& the project proposal template.
